My wife is topless on the beach all the time as long as it's legal! She doesn't care if there is family, friends, etc.

Funny thing is normally she is shy around family, and most friends (there are a few she is comfortable with), but as long as it's a place where it's normal (beach, etc) she has no problem with it.
