My wife is 38, and when we met, she was fully shaved with the exception of a landing strip. That's been the predominant style over the last 10 years, other than occasionally when the landing strip became more of an inverted triangle. Always shaved on the lips and below though. A couple months ago, she did a Brazilian wax, and took it all off. I have to say, if you can convince your wife to do that, it's amazing. No stubble, and hairless everywhere.
