A confident woman can be a huge turn on in many ways. In this case, it's 'I don't want to wear a bra and I don't care what people think. If they want to look at my nipples, go ahead.' When I was with a woman who was regularly braless in public, I was initially surprised at how few people noticed or cared. She just owned it.
