It had nothing to do with the cover, sadly.
However, She Hulk is pretty much just a big fanservice comic. Really bad writing, but lots of clothes-ripping, clothes-losing, clothes randomly becoming extremely revealing, etc.
Like if Power Girl mixed with Empowered.
