This vampire movie was the first movie for Cheryl "Rainbeaux" Smith. It is set during the Prohibition Era and she plays Lila Lee, the 12-year-old daughter (even though she was 20 during the time of the filming) of a gangster who has sent her away to be raised by a pastor, so she won't be involved in his life. She receives a letter summoning her to come to the village of Asteroth because he is ill.

When she arrives she becomes the guest of Lemora, who is the queen of the vampires in this village. About 56 minutes in, there is a prolonged scene where Lemora gives Lila a bath. At first the innocent Lila is shy to remove her robe, but Lemora teases her, "Are you ashamed to undress in front of another woman?" I saw this movie on TV, and the nudity was pixelated, because it was too important to the plot of her seduction for the scene to be edited out.

Smith went on to star in many cult films, such as Caged Heat, but this was her first film, and the nude scene lasts for several minutes as Lemora bathes her. Lila is at first embarrassed to be naked in front of the older woman, but then relaxes a bit as she is bathed.
