By the way, on the biqle video site I found some original and more recent Koktebel Neptune Festival videos from Crimea, formerly Ukraine. I found one from 2017. 720p, good download quality.
If you are interested in videos from Koktebel, you will have much better luck searching Yandex than you will Google. The Russian spelling of "Koktebel" is:
