As a kid I could never believe this really happened, even though I saw stuff like topless girls at pool parties in Playboy magazine. That seemed like another world.

There was no such thing as a free look - no selfies, no flashing, and if you were caught ogling when a girl showed accidentally, then there was all hell to pay. This was the 60s, and though I'd seen lots of nudie mags and suchlike, it seemed these girls lived on another planet, and even later on when it all seemed more real, I believed models in magazines posed in very professional situations only.

It wasn't until the 80s that I first saw a topless girl, posing, and a number of photographers, or men watching. This was Miss Donna in Escort magazine, and also Peaches magazine, along with Miss Debbie and Miss Judy and other girls. These were amateur photo sessions, and to me that was mind-boggling.

There was no way I could have gone, even if I had a camera and could take photos, which I didn't and couldn't.
