You see that red triangle in the right of each post... try that instead of complaining in the thread. I assume you mean you are the subject or photographer of a pic in these posts, if you use that triangle and the mods can verify, they'll take them down.
Otherwise, it's the internet nothing is private; use a watermark that cannot be removed to make your copyright case. Odds are that your pics are all over the web and the poster could have gotten them anywhere other than your Flickr. A quick google image search of just 1 of the pics of the hot black flasher shows it in multiple places. This site is good about removal, others you'll never even get a response.
So use the report function, it's highly unlikely any mod will see and act on a comment in a thread.
