Where are these type of people when I ride the monorail?

Nothing but boring and old people riding the Las Vegas Monorail when I use that service. Never seen anything fun like what is pictured above. I've used this mode of transportation at all times of day & night = never seen any crazy fun like this. Guess I have no good luck.
The drunk wife I saw on an elevator this weekend in a Iowa casino hotel with her husband had extra "protection" under her short skirt. So I didn't even get to see a "cheap" shot there.
