open about it
my family have always been very open about nudity and sex. My mom always taught me it is nothing to be ashamed about. Nobody in our house has a problem with masturbation. The only rule is that nobody should pleasure themselves at the dinner table. Also if we have a guest round that is not use to our open nature we have to make sure we at least have our underwear on. I have often been in the room while my parents have been having sex. And they have also been in the room while me and my bro and/or sister have been having sex.
