Pedro, are you familiar with
http://www.eroplay.com and also Dr Susan Block? They are more on the fringe but are still performance nudity in a sense. Their works explore love, sexuality and related themes in an audience type setting. I have occasionally seen other similar material, but its pretty rare. Being somewhat underground type stuff, some caution is advised when viewing.
