What about Delight Frazier who streaked naked at her high school graduation in 2000. Pretty crazy a girl in America of all places was brave enough to do that by herself. You would expect something like that to occur in Sweden or Norway or some place like that. There is definitely a censored video out there and a user in an old post on this site claimed to have once had the video but I'm not sure if he was referring to the censored version or not. Censored or non censored I would love to see if there are any more photos or video out there of this event.
