Suggestion
Have her completely naked from the very beginning.
Having her meet and greet everyone as they arrive should be quite a shocker especially for those who have never even seen her topless. Her anticipation to having to be naked and exposed from the start should be both humiliating and exhilarating for her.
Be sure to not let her be drunk prior to the guests arriving. Make the rule that she can have no drinks before the party begins.
