Thank you both for your comments. Rhonda had some minor involvement in "Strikes Back" and "Powder Room". Roxxy has it right that she's Barbara's friend/sidekick. That Rhonda is a woman of color never occurred to me. I find that most interesting that you would get that impression Roxxy. What led you in that direction?
Rhonda is pretty much a housewife, Very9look. She doesn't get caught up in the action much. In fact she was accused of taking the longest bathroom break in history during "Hoedown". Leaving Barbara at the mercy of Michelle Smithson.
