Yes, we repressed uptight Americans are too obsessed with nudity and too easily shocked. My personal experience is that I have and still on occasion do see women at work with skirts halfway up their thighs, if that's what's considered a miniskirt these days (In MY day, in the 70s, skirts barely covered a girl's crotch!). But I've never seen see-through pants like those in the picture before, so they would draw my attention much more than a short skirt. A short skirt shows off a woman's legs, but the see through slacks leave little to the imagination as to what she would look like in just her panties alone. Maybe other women in your wife's office wear see-through pants, but if not I have to think that your wife just hasn't looked backward in the mirror, or seen the pic you posted to know what she's showing her co-workers. Maybe she knows exactly what she's doing. So I still feel that a woman with her fine ass wearing those slacks to work is certainly going to increase the sexual attention she gets, even if it's just in Tom's and Paul's eyeballs and filthy minds. But it sure won't decrease the odds of them acting on their urges. Some men like me who have been around know that just because a woman wears something striking doesn't mean she wants sex, but I can't rule out the possibility that other men, such as Tom and Paul, might see a woman showing off her nipples and panties, and at least consider the possibility that she is, to use a corny phrase from 70s porn, a "hot to trot wife!"
