I've searched around with no luck... but honestly, I'm not even sure where to start. It was posted on a Russian IG account, from another Russian poster. I speak absolutely no Russian... any help would be absolutely awesome.

God I hate censorship so much. It ruins everything in today's age. I remember seeing this legendary clip years ago and still feel sexually frustrated not knowing whether she was naked or not. It sure seemed like it though. Didn't notice any panties on her but maybe she wore something on top. Such a funny prank to pull on your friends. It would have been even funnier uncensored. Just rip her dress off on the street in front of everyone xD And then she is drawing out more attention by yelling. Hilarious.

I saw something similar while I was shopping in a Target a few years back. A girl was wearing warmup pants with snaps, and her friends ripped them right off of her. They were from one of the local colleges, and probably a little drunk. Lots of laughing and screaming, but the girl was wearing running shorts underneath. That's really the purpose of those kind of pants. I doubt anyone wears just panties (or nothing) under them.

It's still a little bit frustrating. She seemed to be wearing nothing down below and was super embarrassed.
