Unclear which link you refer to, but 1) the OCC links works, 2) the OCC zip file link works, and 3) the Flickr link works, although it is possible you might need to be signed in as an adult, and have safe mode turned off. Yahoo and their associated properties (read Flickr) have become a bit of a nanny state in recent years. Also make sure your Yahoo-Flickr account hasn't been banned somewhere along the way. I tried an account that they apparently banned years ago, and while it lets me in, it's impossible to turn safe mode off, or make a post / comment.

Flickr said was saying that there were no public albums. But once I logged in to flickr, it worked.
