An Oktoberfest tradition
 

In Germany, at Oktoberfest, there is a traditional activity called "The Devil's Wheel" or "Teufelsrad". Women (almost always in skirts) sit on a spinning floor and try to hang on without being spun away. It's strangely addictive to watch, and provides lots of fleeting upskirt shots. thanks for posting this Dr. Shrinker! I've seen quite a few of these on youtube. it's a wee bit mindboggling how bold and brazen some of these women are! I mean some of them spreading their legs wide open wearing skimpy micro thongs or g-strings! and there are several instances of women going commando (sans panties!). there is one video in particular where there were at least three women who went "bottomless" and all three of them had hairy crotches! you could see the pubes! Thankfully, my FB algorithm shows me these every day. And women are getting more and more daring and intentionally less careful each year, too!

Someone from there once told me that if the women don't wear panties or if it's obvious that they are letting things show on purpose, they get into enormous trouble. But, it sure seems to me that most of them let things show on purpose, so who knows.

Watched a bunch on y-tube last night. Just amazing, though wish I could find some hairy vids. Never seen anything like it. Dozens of very pretty 18-20 something young women, most in traditional skirts, literally fighting each other to get on a wheel where the end result is flashing your spread legs and ass to the crowd. And the crowd is men. women, kids who a have a great laugh along with girls. This would be considered 100% indecent in US as family event. In Germany, it is tradition loved by all without any judgment. Girls are happy to provide a flash and everyone has a good time. Europe is so much better with this stuff. The guy who invented this tradition is a hero.

Even my super duper prude sister in law would take part in this. She would have the traditional dress, too, and with her competitive nature, she would have no problem flashing everything to stay on for a win!
