renewed membership issues
just renewed my membership and can't log on-- have changed password twice and still can't log on suggestions?

Your One Click Pass expired in 2013. I don't see any records of a renewal. You can check your One Click Pass membership history by logging into the member's area here: http://www.oneclickpass.com/members/member.php |
okay yep I see that too-- you have debited my bank account for the membership fee-- but I still can't access the videos for instance, thanks for the reply

my membership actually expired in 2016 around July--I kept my account and password ----- now I renew my membership and cannot access any of the member only area--your company has access the payment from my bank, now why can't I access any of the member only areas?

Did you possibly buy a membership under a different username?
