haha I remember in the first Metal Gear for PS1 that you'd be watching this enemy walk away in a cut scene and notice he has a nice ass (literally the character says something about how different this soldier looks and it zooms into her swaying her ass). The "guy" goes into the bathroom and if you run immediately after him you can find out it's Meryl and bust her changing out of the disguise.

I know with the Sims 3 and 4 there are mods for nudity and sex.

All the Sims games for that matter. And nearly every popular game has nude mods; the elder scrolls, diablo, fallout, grand theft auto, warcraft, etc.

For the life of me I can't find a free playable demo. Any help?

There was a Sims clone from awhile ago: "Singles flirt up your life". I remember you could get them to walk naked or in underwear, into a room with other people, and they'd run away embarrassed.
