Well, as has been said earlier, these types of photos are something of a holy grail of the ENF genre and there is a reason for this. If it's a posed professionally modelled picture then most will consider it inadmissable, otherwise it treads dangerously close to the HNF line instead. This only leaves a very fine spectrum of "slightly reluctant but not too bothered about the situation". I somewhat doubt that the ideal picture you're looking for will actually exist.

There's a short series (two or three photos), somewhere on OCC, that fits the theme of this thread. It shows a college girl, tied to a tree at the side of the road, pants down around her ankles. The photos are at night, and I think she's wearing a North Carolina state sweat shirt. I can't remember where they are, but I'm going to guess they're in one of the inititaion threads.

Not quite 100% what was requested, but it is 100% genuine (originally one of a series on web shots). The girl was stripped by her girl-friends on holiday and thrown out of their chalet with just a towel, later let back in but the towel was taken and swapped for a plastic bag. No better or more explicit phots available (so far as I know), no handcuffs involved, but at least it is genuine.
