Why they do it
 

It is very humid and hot in Florida this time of year. My wife came down with a yeast infection, and her doctor recommended loose clothing and no underwear, or loose cotton underwear if she had to wear it. She wore loose slacks in public, and only went commando with a short skirt when we were home alone. Perhaps some of the women who go commando in humid weather are doing so on the advice of their doctor.
