I read that in the movie T.A.R.,
two policeagents a man and a female are taken hostage by two robbers in their car and forced to strip and
then left in the street in their underwear.
Does someone has pictures from this scene or a similar?

That happens in the movie Ghost Dog as well, but it is a very short scene and the stripping itself isn't shown. It just shows the robber leaving an alley with their clothes. Then they come out in their underwear.

Do you remember the reason why she was tied up on? Was it a prank or a punishment?

The problem with Locas vacaciones is that it is a sexy movie and has ENF but Natalie was only 15-16 in it.

IMDB has Locas listed as 1984
