And no I don't speak japanese, nor do i buy from amazon.jp: I use the site to see which volumes are out.
I get my raw mangas from a middleman, the one I use is http://www.aclimatesolution.com/
Their site is shoddy as hell but they're legit and way cheaper than yesasia (which is an easy way to buy japanese mangas) for example; basically you send them a mail with what you want, and they'll reply you (pretty fast) with a price if they've found it.

But I'm not sure exactly what you're asking me:

If you're asking where I got the chapter 6, well I bought the manga and scanned that chapter myself (which closed volume 1). By the way I was just checking amazon.jp while writing you this message, and thanks to you I saw volume 2 got released 3 weeks ago. So if I can't find it online I'll probably order it too (have to find some other nice ecchi mangas first to order in bulk).
