OK and thanks for asking. You need the right sort of cam first. I use the Veho Muvi which is what action people - cyclists, skiers etc clip to their helmets. I have an old canvas bag with an inch square hole cut into the top flap. Inside the bag is a large rigid folder, the sort with rings inside to clip sheets into. It has a rigid backbone and I clip the cam to it, place it under the hole and start shooting. I will try and get some photos set up showing it.
