Twin Falls Idaho, down in the canyon at the power house, the one in the pic is a small part of a network of much larger falls. Its now a state park, there's a lot to see down in there, don't ever go through that area without finding your way down in there. Actually I couldn't track 'em as Philly, since the picture was taken there, at Penn Treaty Park, but looks southeast across the Delaware River to buildings in Camden NJ! "Picture Lane" is at the Tulalip Resort Hotel & Casino, variously listed as Tulalip or Marysville WA (about 35 miles north of Seattle). I didn't get the exact angle, but kruegersheetmetal.com/asm/portfolio_tulalip.php and youtube.com/watch?v=lEgJff0motY should show enough details to confirm, or check Bing Maps for Tulalip Casino; I assume the lane designation is specifically for those wanting to photograph the extensively landscaped area in front of the entrance...
