Not all beaches are nudist. I highly recommend the beach at Costinesti or at Vama Veche. But in these locations accommodation is not up to standards. To have good conditions and some (*****) but also a beach topless girls pigmented I recommend the beach at Mamaia.

Treibe, nice photos of Romania. Man, I am going to Romania in next summer, there is a better beach for topless and nudist, or all the beaches are gorgeous???
