Two girls have to strip down by the river. hope it's not a repost, I don't ever remember seeing it. Can somebody translate what they're saying?

all i understand and keep hearing is 'the hands!, the hands!, the hands!

At the very begining, one of the girls asks if they (both girls) can only get their feet wet, and a guy answers yes, but "todas encueradas". "En cueros", for the mexicans, means completely naked. In my country we would say it "chingas" or "a culo pelado" (this would translate like, butt naked).
So the dialoge goes like this.
Towel Girl (TG): Can we just get our feet wet?
Guy: Yes, but completely naked.
Blue Jeans Girl (BJG: What the fuck!
Guy: One a time.
TG: No, no
Other guys: Yes all naked. No hands, or you will have to do another round.
(While they are undressing there are some parts to hard to hear)
(When the second girl removes her pants)
BJG: Stop it
Guy: (to TG) she is more naked than what you are.
Guy: Come on and see (callling probably some other guys)
(when BJG tryes to pull down her panties)
Guy: Everything..., wow, now they gave us a chance (to look)
Second guy: Hurry, that the aunt is goint to catch us.
BJG: Take it easy. I am cold
Guys: No hands (when BJG is in panties only). And hurry, or it would be nule.
When she hesitates in taking off her panties
Guys: what about that?, must be naked. And no hands (BJG complaints)
BJG: With the hands!
Guys: No. Don't be a cry baby.
BJG: We will get all wet.
Guy: No, no hands.
Third guy: I showed my sell all naked, so you would do it too.
BJG: Can I take them off there? (closer to the water)
Guys: No, or you'll have to repeat it.
BJG: But shut off that fucking camera.
Guys: No. You recorded us completely.
(BJG took off her panties)
Guys: Hands off, or it would be nule.
BJG: I'm ashamed.
Guys: Why. Both of you (because TW is still holding her towel).
When BJG starts walking to the river.
Guys: Hands off.
TW: With our hands.
Guys. No hands.
BJG: (to TW) Enough, hurry up.
BJG: Completely.
Guy: Just your feet, but hands off.
(when they finally get into the river)
Guy: It's all the way until over there.

Kind of odd. Can't figure why they wouldn't say no hands instead of yes hands.

Because it's not 'si manos' that they keep saying. They do appear to say 'si' a couple times, but most of the time it's 'e' or 'el manos'

Sorry to correct, but they say "sin manos", that means, no hands. The guys, obviously, want to see the girls bushes.

And also, at the very beginning the guys expressly thell the girls that they have to "encuerarse". That comes from "en cueros", literally that means "in leather" or "in fur", that's the way that the mexicans say "naked" "nude". Like I said before, in other hispanic countries it can be said differently, "en pelotas" would say an argentinian and paraguayan, "chinga" or "a culo pelado" would say in my country (but carefull with that word, "chinga", because for the mexicans it can be a really nasty insult, the kind they would kick your ass for).
