Does this count as an upskirt?

Marvin,

Let's look at the facts.
1. There is a girl in a skirt.
2. We can see what's under her skirt, or actually what's not under her skirt.

Unless anyone else disagrees. I declare your submission to be an "Upskirt" photo.

Congratulations. Welcome to the club. :p

It does, doesn't it? The one on the left I think is British tabloid regular Jordan but for the life of me I can't figure out who the woman on the right is (probably just a gal pal).

I do believe I remember seeing this photo but I don't remember there being no panties (I think it was just a panties shot).

To understand why some people waste our time posting negative shit. I just can't grasp this idiotic concept of wasting time and space to post something negative. Instead of saying something like (oh I don't know lets see what could have been said) Hmmmmm....... Hey thanks for taking time out of your day to look for something and then taking more time to come here and post it for everyone to see. Although in my humble opinion it does either look staged or not to be real I apprciate your time and effort. <<<<< not my thoughts on the post, just a suggestion to someone who makes thier FIRST post to this board a negative slam. Maybe it's just me but when I go into somewhere new I try to at the very least make a decent if not good impression, and if I go into a crowded place I try my best not to slam a member of that community with the FIRST words I say (or in this case type). It just makes me

If its a fake, its a pretty damn good one, not bad one. I would almost want to thank the perpetrator because a good fake can make for an exciting pic. This is an exciting pic. When I first saw it, I immediately gave it an "A".

BTW - there was a post a few weeks back that included a pic of a very short and unusually large breasted woman standing on a sidewalk in a red bikini top. Does anyone remember it? I thought it was pretty obvious that the pic was a fake, but it sometimes takes a practiced eye and I'm seldom 100% sure unless someone has told me. I thought about replying that I thought it was a fake, then decided not to. The main reason was that I have posted copyrighted, fake, reposted and other inappropriate material at times. I cringe when I screw up, and love it when I get positive feedback. As the old saying goes, its the thought or the spirit that counts. Thanks for the pic! Klondike

learn to take criticism. yea, some people are dickheads on here. thats life. not everybody is gonna like you. people complain about not getting responses, but then they complain about getting a negative response. other people might not like what you like, thats how life goes. if they choose to voice their displeasure, its also how life goes. if you're so worried about people wasting time by posting negative responses, why are you wasting time responding to their wasted time? me, I don't have a problem with it at all. what I think is a waste of time and absolutely HILARIOUS is the people who go through every post that somebody has made (an obvious waste of time and energy to me), then tell them they waste time by posting negative feedback and don't have anything to contribute. we're all supposed to be adults here, how bout we act like it and stop being so frickin whiney. *rant concluded*
